Jodi Garner is the founder of Strategic Conversations, a niche coaching business that teaches professionals how to strategically plan and navigate business conversations for the most effective results. Jodi has an extensive background in the financial services industry, where she started as a bond trader at Lehman Brothers, and ultimately became a Vice President in Talent Management at the firm. There, she designed and developed the firm’s sales and relationship management curriculum, firm-wide leadership programs in management and communications and ethics curriculums. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Jodi managed the Global Markets Training and Development program at J.P. Morgan Chase; she taught International Business in Singapore and she was a staffer at the Federal Reserve Board. Jodi’s has a unique background in the both business side and the human capital side of the financial services industry. Her knowledge of content and communications enables her to understand what drives success and failure in business. Jodi has an MBA from Columbia University.
